For the past few months, we have been working on an important evolution of MUUVR. We wanted to make our reward technology available to partners and allow them to integrate it directly into their own products and customer experiences.

That first implementation is now live.

Fitpass and MUUVR are now officially connected.

Through a new integration called the MUUVR Island, Fitpass members can activate MUUVR and access the complete reward experience directly inside the Fitpass app.

This matters because MUUVR is no longer limited to an experience that starts when somebody downloads our app. Our reward system can now become part of a platform that already has its own members, partners, services, and customer relationships.

This is our first live proof that MUUVR can power loyalty for an entire partner ecosystem.

What Fitpass members can do

Once the MUUVR Island is activated, members can begin collecting MUUVS.

They receive MUUVS when they check in for a training session at a gym, studio, pool, or class. They can also connect a wearable or Apple Health and earn more based on the effort recorded during the activity.

Those MUUVS can be redeemed for rewards in the MUUVR Shop, including Fitpass itself.

Train. Earn. Redeem.

The idea is simple for the customer. Training already takes effort. That effort should create visible value. Instead of rewarding only the moment somebody becomes a customer, the system continues to recognize what happens afterwards: showing up, moving, and training regularly.

Why this matters for Fitpass

Fitpass brings together more than 600 sports partners across Switzerland. Its members can train in many different places and in many different ways.

With MUUVR, Fitpass now has another way to strengthen those relationships. It can reward regular activity and create incentives around the behaviors that matter to its members and partners.

More MUUVS can be offered for a specific location, a quieter period, or an activity with available capacity. Rewards can help increase training frequency, support retention, and guide customer flows in a way that also benefits participating sports partners.

Fitpass did not have to build and operate a complete reward system to make this possible. Our APIs and reward infrastructure now sit behind the experience.

Why this is bigger than one integration

From a product perspective, this is the most important part.

Fitpass proves that MUUVR can work as infrastructure. A partner can integrate our reward engine, adapt the experience to its own brand, and connect rewards to the behaviors that matter in its own business model.

That opens MUUVR to a much larger opportunity. Fitness platforms are one example, but the same model can support communities, employers, events, insurers, retailers, and other organizations that want to encourage and reward movement.

The partner already understands its customers. MUUVR provides the system that turns activity into a measurable and rewarding experience.

Making something complex feel simple

When the integration works, the member sees a straightforward journey: activate MUUVR, check in, connect a wearable, train, and collect MUUVS.

Creating that simplicity took a great deal of work across both organizations. Product decisions, APIs, reward logic, partner requirements, user communication, design, and operational details all had to come together.

This is one of the things I value most in product development. The customer should not have to understand the complexity behind the experience. It is our responsibility to absorb that complexity and make the result feel clear.

The loyalty system for movement

Our ambition is to make MUUVR the loyalty system for movement.

We want to connect activity, rewards, partners, and lasting behavior through a platform that can work across different products and ecosystems. Fitpass is the first live demonstration of that model.

It is an important milestone, but it is also a starting point. We now have a real implementation, real members, and a partner ecosystem that shows what the model can do.

Congratulations to everyone at Fitpass and MUUVR who worked together to bring this to life.

A lot of people across both teams put in the work required to make something complex feel simple for the customer. I am incredibly proud of what they have achieved.

Fitpass is live. The model works. Now we build from here.
